“Welcome to your spring wedding floral inspiration!”
“We want hanging florals for the head table” said every dream client ever! And this is just what they got. Welcome to your spring wedding floral inspiration! White lattice place upon acrylic stands, adorned with some of the seasons last beautiful smilax and hand strung florals in every shade. The table wasn’t complete without a runner of dainty floral filled bud vases, the perfect shade of dusty blue taper candles and hand made butterfly place settings for every special member of their party.
Our bride Trish worked along side her incredible planner Margaux of Boxwood Manor, to present some of the most intentional signage. Made by the bride herself was a beautiful seating chart in the matching wallpaper print seen throughout the wedding. We added some lush baskets of florals to look as though they had just been picked from the garden for guests to enjoy.
If you take anything away from this wedding it is that I highly encourage you to communicate even the smallest of details with your florist. The linens, very important detail. The colors, obviously. Bridesmaids dresses, absolutely. Invitations and day of signage, YES! Trish and her sweet mom sent me a personal wedding invitation and this changed our entire plan for the florals (in the best way possible). Based off of inspiration images we’d been planning from, we had much bulkier florals chosen. After seeing the dainty, almost wildflower like florals included in the invitation suite, we knew exactly what we needed to change.
It was a joy to see this vibrant bride and groom embody such a delicate and romantic day surrounded by flowers hand chosen for them. Many thanks Kati Hewitt Photography for capturing these details in such grace!
